Urban Health is grateful for the generous donations that help us continue our valuable work with homeless and trafficked youth, and we understand the importance of protecting your personal information.
Rest assured that giving a tax-deductible donation to Urban Health is safe. Credit card and identifiable information gathered to process donations is protected by a reputable security company. Urban Health does not store credit card information.
Urban Health maintains the highest level of respect for the privacy of its donors. The following is our donor privacy policy, which guides our volunteers and staff on how they may and may not use your personal information while honoring your rights as a contributor.

Tell-A-Friend
If a user elects to use our referral service for informing a friend about our site, we ask them for the friend’s name and email address. Urban Health will send the friend a one-time email inviting them to visit the site.

IP Address
Urban Health’s web server automatically recognizes but does not collect or use your IP address. Urban Health anonymously tracks your visit in order to compile statistical information about the use of our website. We do not collect individual information about you or your personal use of this site.
Urban Health collects and uses personal information from donors including name, address, telephone number, e-mail address, and donor comments voluntarily provided to us. In addition, Urban Health keeps a record of each donor’s giving history. This information is kept on file for IRS purposes and is used in our development process to analyze overall giving patterns in order to make accurate budget projections.
Urban Health does not sell, trade, rent, or share addresses, telephone numbers, or e-mail addresses of our donors. The organization will use donor contact information (email, telephone number, and address) only for the following purposes:
